Transcendental Meditation (TM) is a simple, natural, effortless technique practiced 20 minutes twice each day while sitting comfortably with the eyes closed that allows your active mind to easily settle inward until you experience the most silent and peaceful level of your own awareness - pure consciousness.  The long-term benefits of practicing TM include:

Each student in the Fashion Design program will also receive TM instruction by our very experienced Program Director, Kulani Nyoni with regular checkings throughout the ten months of the program.
